Review : RA.ONE

I actually thought of writing a proper review tomorrow,but I read some really bad "RA.One" reviews today.So I am going to write a quick short review with my points.

Pros
Vfx - Awesome
Acting- Good
Songs - Good ( Songs by Akon  are good-He did a great job by singing Chammak Challo in all Hindi)
Entertainment - 100%
Cons
Too much romance for a superhero movie.
Background music plays a major part in super hero movies,but this film limits itself to the 70s Bollywood music.Most of the time the Veera theme was on,that's good for some part of the film but not the whole.
Will Srk ever change his classic pose?At least for this movie he should have changed it,but not a big issue as viewers liked it anyway,specially in the very last scene. :)

RA.One ~ Shahrukh Khan To Ride Batpod Look-Alike

Shahrukh Khan seems to have promised himself to make his next big release superhero flick RA.One one of the best.May it be the super stunts or special effects, every bit of the film is being planned and executed properly.There are 3,500 + shots in RA.One,almost 2 hours and 15 minutes of VFX.300 Indian artists are working on this project out of a total 750.The rest of the team was hired from different studios worldwide.The VFX team has been picked from across five countries, including India, Canada, France, Thailand and the US.Now the latest buzz from the sets of RA.One is that in the film SRK will be seen riding a motorcycle which looks quite similar to the Batpod featured in the Batman series of films.

Get Ready For Random Access Version 1

RA.1 or Random Access One is the most awaited Science fiction action film of 2011 for Indian cinema.It also marks the return of bollywood badshah Shahrukh Khan(SRK).After "My Name Is Khan" which relesed early 2010 SRK has been absent from the silver screen.So it's quite obvious that with such a huge fan following eagerly waiting for him to appear again the film is already in demand.Sources Say RA.1 to be much better than the previous blockbusters like KRRISH and South Superstar Rajanikant's Endhiran(ROBO).SRK himself is producing this film under his own banner Red Chillies Entertainment with a whooping amount of Rs.150 crore.Recently the film unit returned from London after a long shoot.Some important part of the film was shot there.SRK claims RA.1 to be the first of its kind bollywood superhero film which will appeal to masses worldwide.He says the technology used in this movie was never used before in Indian cinema.The film is being directed by Anubhav Sinha.

Along with SRK the film features glamorous Kareena Kapoor(Bebo) and Arjun Rampal in leading roles.Bebo plays the female lead alongside SRK in the film while Arjun Rampal will be seen as the villain.The film will have some good stunts.There are 3,500 + shots in RA.One,almost 2 hours and 15 minutes of VFX.300 Indian artists are working on this project out of a total 750...the rest of the team was hired from different studios worldwide.The film's original score is composed by German musician Hans Zimmer.He composed music for over 100 films including some critically acclaimed film scores, such as The Lion King, Gladiator, and The Dark Knight. Some of his recent works are Frost/Nixon (2008), Angels & Demons (2009), Sherlock Holmes (2009),Inception (2010), and Megamind (2010).World music icon Akon recorded a song for the movie with composers Vishal-Shekhar.

Latest reports says that Shahrukh plays double role in the movie,one is of a scientist who creates two robots the good one named G.One and the bad one named Ra.One.Shahrukh  plays G.One and Arjun plays Ra.One.The film seems promising enough to be the biggest film of the year.But can it live upto the expectations?Thats the big question and a lot of it depends on the technology and story.Recently SRK posted the first look via twitter.The first look is realy awesome and we hope the team will deliver the best on October 26, 2011 when the film will release.
